"Cricket"
Stacey got Cricket on the day that she purchased the 4-C property.  She was hoping for a "barn
buddy" - not a "barn monster"!   Because of her personality that quickly became her nickname
Cricket
Monster.
Her collar of pink skulls and crossbones will help explain her too!  To the "other"
four-legged animals of 4-C, Cricket is boss (at least she thinks she is).  She commands her corral
with intense curiosity and mischief.   Watch for her, or rather...watch out for her - she's always up to
something.
"Gauge"
Some friends of the Carpenters ended up having to move to the city and since
they couldn't take their lab they asked if he could come and live at the barn.
Needless to say - he is a FAVORITE here!  Don't pick up a ball or a toy unless
you are prepared to throw it for hours.  He is also probably one of the best
"mousers" that we could ever ask for!  He is better at getting the mice and rats
than the cats!  He has endless energy and a wonderful, playful personality!
"Marty"
Stacey and Lyman found Marty in a culvert on a back road one cold winter night.
She was only 6 weeks old and wouldn't have made it too much longer with the
weather and the coyotes!  Once they caught her she was instantly part of the
family and one of the most loyal and loving dogs in the bunch.  She isn't the
smartest dog though because she has been hit by a car two different times.
She is unable to control her bladder and has no use of her tail.  She limps
around but still is always ready and willing to be loved on!
"Rival"
What a dog!  She is the true couch potato at the end of the day!  She will squeeze
in between people to get a spot on the couch!   Stacey found an ad on the
internet wanting to find a good home for a bloodhound and since she had
always wanted one - here she is!
"Phoebe"
She is the Queen and doesn't usually get to hang out at
the barn.  She is the couch cuddle dog and sleeping
buddy!  This certainly isn't because she thinks she is too
good for the barn - she would love to be there!  The main
reason is that she is stupid around cars and thinks that
she should visit the main road!   She is quite playful with
the other dogs but prefers to just be served by the rest of
the family.  If she hears the rattle of the treat can she will
come running!  Other than that, she is very much like a
cat and only wants attention on her terms.
